What if my dog’s coat is matted?

We assess each dog individually. In cases of severe matting, gentle clipping may

be necessary to ensure comfort and welfare. Additional costs will be added to the final groom cost. This will be explained in detail before the groom / during the groom via a recorded  phone call.
